Suggested procedures: <br />

*grep for the ampersand character <br />
*Make sure that any instance of ampersand relates to HTML and not to the old codes<br />
*If you find old codes that were entered incorrectly then edit the original zone, fix the code error, and then run the script again. Keep doing this until you have no more old codes left.<br />
